Our group sessions will generally have 8-16 attendees with professional coaches instructing to ensure a high standard of supervision and guidance is always provided.
These sessions include high intensity strength training and cardiovascular conditioning to ensure you perform at your best for everyday life. Our systemized training method engages many muscles simultaneously, which expends more energy. You’ll burn more calories, improve your body composition by increasing your lean body mass and get more return for your time invested. We aim to help you be at the top of your game – whatever that may be.
